Carrie is the Co-Founder of Panthera Cayman and has a proven track record of successfully relocating families and establishing their Family Office. 

Prior to joining Panthera, she was the CFO for Weybourne, Sir James Dyson’s family office, where she managed a multi-billion-pound portfolio including the James Dyson Group. She was the Senior Accounting Officer for the Group, the Compliance and AML officer for the FCA regulated subsidiary and was accountable to the four audit committees.

For the 9 years prior to Weybourne, Carrie was CFO and Director of Exploration Capital, another single-family office. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS); The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI); and the CFA Society United Kingdom. She is also a Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) Approved Director.
