Panthera Private Office was born from a desire to break free from the traditional constraints of wealth management. The London co-founders Simon, Robin and Gina set out with a vision to challenge the status quo and create an approach centred around independence, transparency, and bespoke solutions. In 2008, while working with a prominent businessman who had recently sold his company, Gina was asked, “What’s the best way to manage all this newfound wealth?” This question became the catalyst for establishing a single-family office dedicated to guiding this client to manage his legacy.

While the family office proved successful, Simon and Gina saw the potential to do more. In 2016, after years of working with a diverse range of families, they recognised the need for a service beyond single-family offices. Staying true to their core values, they created Panthera—a multi-family office offering tailored, independent solutions. This signalled the start of Panthera’s evolution into the international leader in family office services, with new co-founders and offices in the Cayman Islands, and Singapore.
