Complaints Policy

Panthera Private Office LLP  is committed to dealing with complaints effectively and fairly in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s complaint handling rules and guidance. If you believe you have cause to complain, it will be dealt with by the Compliance department ensuring that clients are treated fairly during the process. If you feel you cannot solve or express your complaint with your usual contact, please contact:  kieran.morris@panthera.co.uk   or write to: Kieran Morris, Panthera Private Office, Aldermary House, 10-15 Queen Street, London EC4N 1TXIf you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you have the right to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, at The Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR, or use their website www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

Panthera Investment Management Limited and Panthera Corporate Services Limited are committed to dealing with complaints effectively and fairly in accordance with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority’s complaint handling rules and guidance. If you believe you have cause to complain, it will be dealt with by the Compliance department ensuring that clients are treated fairly during the process. If you feel you cannot solve or express your complaint with your usual contact, please contact:   alan.desaram@panthera-international.com 

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you have the right to refer it to the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, free of charge, by completing the online form available on the Authority’s website (Recommended) at www.cima.ky ; submitting written complaints via post to: Deputy Managing Director – Supervision, Cayman Islands Monetary Authority P.O. Box 10052, Grand Cayman KY1-1001, Cayman Islands; or hand delivering to the Authority’s office located at: 171 Elgin Avenue, SIX, Cricket Square, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

(“PIAC”) is committed to dealing with complaints effectively and fairly in accordance with the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s complaint handling rules and the Financial Advisers (Complaints Handling and Resolution) Regulations 2021. If you believe you have cause to complain, it will be dealt with by the Compliance department, ensuring that clients are treated fairly throughout the process.
