Chris began his career at African Alliance Investment Bank in South Africa, where he rose through the ranks of the equity research team. After covering Mauritian hospitality and African consumer goods as an Equity Analyst, he was appointed to represent the research division on the bank’s Executive Committee.

Chris later pivoted to the private side, helping to build out the private credit offerings for both African Alliance and Buchu Capital.

Now based in the Cayman Islands, Chris served as a Senior Equity Analyst for a single-family office.

He specialised in delivering innovative research on listed companies across global markets, while also providing support to the firm’s trading operations.

An avid explorer, Chris spends his time outside the office pursuing outdoor adventures.

Chris is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
